The high quality of the Prosyana deposit, combined with the modern production technology used in processing produces grades that can meet the most stringent applications. High brightness grades suitable for use in high speed paper and board coating are produced and marketed as well as kaolin grades for supercalendered paper grades and other filling applications.

Ceramics are products made primarily of natural clays and combinations of different mineral admixtures, which when fired can assume a vitreous or stone-like quality. Ceramic products are exceptionally diverse in their purpose, decorative and technical properties, and include a wide variety of products ranging from ceramic tiles to decorative porcelain.

Dry enrichment of kaolin ore is performed at the air float plant (AFP). Air floating results in a finished product without the use of chemicals, which makes it possible to use it in many industries.

As a result of kaolin ore enrichment, our company produces quartz sands. This material compares favourably with river sands due to monominerality and high intergranular porosity.
